The SEPAC Bill of Rights was created by Special Education parents from Westford and Chelmsford as part of our efforts to raise SEPAC awareness.

Here, you will find the BoR itself, as well as directions for asking your local School Committee to pass a resolution in support, and your local representatives to support a Massachusetts SEPAC Awareness Month.
